We plan to start at noon on 26th with some people joining us upon arrival. During 27th we will have a full day of discussions, games and other types of activities with some of them pre-planned and others emerging on the spot. We plan to finish around 18:00 on 28th so people can catch late flights home.

Our meeting will not be a fully structured workshop, but here are some topics we want to focus upon:

26th Day 1. Participant synchronization. Story sharing. Vision clarification. Streams of our work.
27th Day 2. Mapping of our eco-system. Defining an Evolutionary Lab. Plans for our further work. Resources to make plan a reality.
28th Day 3. Protocols for integration. Clear action plan for each stream. Our position towards other actors in the field.

We will have some flow of participants with several Ashoka fellows joining our gathering on 27th and some people leaving earlier or arriving later. Let's be prepared to incorporate new people into whatever we are doing as we are declaring openness as one of our core values.

To make the best of our gathering we encourage you to conduct some preparation work.

First of all, please share information about GEF / CELLs with your peers. Here you may find a new presentation which has evolved while we were talking to our peers in Russia: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BzsIqmJkVsTzUXZ3YlpnNlV0T1k.
Some slides are updated with better schemes and some questions to engage audience have been introduced. We propose to ask people about skills and competences needed for Wisdom-Based Society. It allows them to receive the glimpse of this shared vision and provides us with valuable materials for our further work. So if you are still planning to make a presentation, you may use a new version attached and bring ideas form your audience to Prague.
Second point, please bring a presentation of your evolutionary lab or a lab you know. Be sure to clarify why you claim this lab to be an evolutionary one. Which particular practices you consider to be working towards Wisdom-Based society.
Last, but not the least, please think about protocols for integration of our CELLs. No need to establish a new mechanistic structure, but we need to be connected while self-regulated. What will keep us together? We should agree on a way(s) to be integrated.
