Graduated Moscow State University in 2008. Faculty of sociology.

During my education I've been doing sociological researches in the field of group behavior and what is usually called "team work" efficiency.

Until 2013 I've been working as BTL account-manager. At the same time, I also took part in different projects organized by educational agency «Soling», learning from them. In 2010 I participated and helped to realize series of educational games for MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute). There's also been a big part of work dedicated to building and developing informal groups. I was fascinated by their unique method of work, based on different types of interactivity (gamification, structured discussions etc.). I officially joined Soling in 2013, where I'm working ever since. I'm developing new methods of social games design and implying them in different spheres like universities, schools and informal communities. As a result these universities already use our educational methods: Tver State University; Moscow State University Education; PLEKHANOV Russian University of Economics. Our methods of developing informal communities are used by one of those city communities called «Secret Lighthouse».

I do really believe, that new social structures ( ways of developing communities) and methods of interaction (through games, different formats of communication and etc.) will bring dramatic positive changes in our life.
