What does it mean to actually engage in a conversation? What does it mean to really listen or speak what you feel? How often do we speak simply to make a point, but not to participate in a shared process of meaning-making? In this workshop by Ivan and Victor, we will explore different practical ways of bringing mindfulness into the dialogue. We will learn to give space to people to be heard, to listen with full attention, to give ourselves time to actually interact and not react out of emotions or other automatic patterns of behavior. We will learn to communicate in a healthier way.
