SAT: Who Is You?

Human beings are mysterious creatures! Yet we all somehow know that we are not fully living our potential. Something stays incomplete and most of us survive in a routine that has lost meaning. Far away from freedom, we live trough fixed patterns that occur throughout all our life. We will explore together how to recognized some of these pattern. And try to get in contact with something new! We will introduce the practice of some ancient meditations together with a few new experiments from the SAT program of Claudio Naranjo for the integration and development of human beings.
